RamP acts as your embedded team in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We bring the local relationships, commercial knowledge, and hands-on execution that take years to build from scratch.
For Israeli tech companies with proven traction at home, ready to move seriously into Europe.
10+
Market entries
4 weeks
To first market validation
12 to 18 months lost before the market opens up.
Budget spent on the wrong hires, channels, and pricing.
Cold outreach to DACH buyers converts at near zero without existing trust.
Procurement cycles, compliance, and buyer behaviour that bear no resemblance to what you know at home.
None of it is a product problem; it is a cultural translation problem.
How we are different
Regional agencies and trade offices help you choose a location, register a company and find grants. We do the commercial business development work: finding the right buyers, adapting your offer and building your first pipeline. We work well alongside them.

The Expansion Services
From zero to first pipeline in DACH.
You have traction in Israel. We build your localised launch plan, clear the structural blockers, and get you in front of the right buyers.
For companies entering DACH for the first time
Already in DACH, but not where you want to be.
Growth has stalled, or a strategy that worked at home is not working here. We find out why and build the commercial path forward.
For companies already operating in DACH
OPTIONAL
For companies that want local investors or public funding as part of their expansion.
We map the DACH venture funds, corporate investors and public funding programmes that fit your stage and sector. We prepare your materials for what DACH investors expect, which is often more detail on numbers, risks and long-term plans than in Israel. Then we make warm introductions.

The Expansion Leads
You work directly with the two of us. Not a junior account team, not a rotating cast of associates. Between us we cover the two things that decide whether a launch lands: the commercial and operational build, and the brand and messaging that makes German buyers trust you.

Strategy & Business Development
Tel Aviv | Berlin
Languages: German, English, Hebrew
Born in Germany, based in Israel for over a decade. I know how German buyers think and how Israeli companies sell, and I work in the gap between the two. I lead the commercial and operational side of a launch, the business planning, the entity and partnership setup, and the path to first revenue. Before RamP I built growth strategy and market expansion models at Deloitte, ran large-scale commercial projects at adidas, and carried full financial and strategic accountability as co-CEO of a startup. At a family office I evaluated deals from the investor side.

Brand Strategy & Communications
Germany
Languages: German, English, Italian
I lead the brand and messaging side of a launch. I shape how a company is positioned, how its product is explained, and how it reaches the buyers who turn a launch into real pipeline. I have launched digital companies and managed international corporate communications, and I established Forte Digital in the German market, drawing on strategy and audience experience from Publicis Sapient and Wunderman Thompson. I have also run my own consumer brand, which means I know the commercial pressure that sits behind every message firsthand.
